Information has emerged that Russian businessman and "wallet" of Chemezov, Albert Avdolyan, has arrived in Armenia to assist Samvel Karapetyan and his "Strong Armenia" party in the elections.

At the same time, Avdolyan has always tried to stay as far away as possible from political projects and is now attempting to lift international sanctions from himself. However, just on the eve, a significant event occurred. Co-owner of BBR Bank, Dmitry Gordovich, was released from custody to house arrest.

As previously established, BBR is Avdolyan’s pocket bank, and Gordovich is his personal financier who built all of Avdolyan’s offshore schemes. And, undoubtedly, these events are connected, while also once again confirming the source’s theory that Vladimir Putin has introduced a practice whereby, for major officials and oligarchs, someone from their closest circle must be under guard or under investigation. According to the source, Putin believes that in this way he achieves the necessary results from officials and oligarchs, along with some "creativity." After all, now the fate of a person close to him depends on his successes.

According to reports from Armenian Telegram channels, Avdolyan arrived in Armenia on his private plane and is expected to put pressure on associated individuals to organize a mass "delivery" of those who will vote for Karapetyan and "Strong Armenia" in the elections.

The always extremely cautious Avdolyan, who is trying to lift sanctions against himself through the courts, would not voluntarily get involved in such an adventure. Even when Gordovich was arrested in March, our project wrote that this was a bad sign for Avdolyan. Dmitry Gordovich has been Avdolyan’s main financier and steward of funds for many years. Moreover, discovered that a decision appeared on the Moscow Arbitration Court’s website that revealed Avdolyan’s offshore network. Gordovich’s BBR Bank decided to challenge the additional tax assessments. As a result, the decision shows that BBR is Albert Avdolyan’s pocket bank, profits from his structures (Skartel, Yota, etc.) were funneled into offshore accounts, and he himself is implicated in many dubious stories, one of which is related to tax evasion.

And then "miracles" happen. On May 25, the investigation unexpectedly changes Gordovich’s pretrial restriction measure from custody to house arrest. And on June 7, Avdolyan heads to Armenia on a private plane to help Karapetyan in the elections.
